Thank you for bringing our games to your table! We work hard to ensure your orders are packed securely and delivered safely. Please review our shipping practices below.

Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

We offer Free Standard Delivery across India for all orders of INR 3,000 and above. For orders below INR 3,000, the shipping cost is calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery location and package weight.

Processing Times for Standard Items

For standard, in-stock items, your order will be packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. We process shipments from Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Processing Times for Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items ship immediately once our stock arrives. Because production schedules vary by game, the specific estimated shipping timeline will always be listed on that game's product page.

Delivery Estimates & Tracking

Once handed over to our courier partners, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as the package leaves our warehouse so you can follow its journey.

Damaged Packages in Transit

We take great care in packaging our games with protective materials to keep the boxes and inserts pristine. If your package arrives visibly damaged by the carrier, please take clear photographs of the outer packaging before opening it. Contact our customer care team immediately with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue with the courier.

Address Corrections

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to change the delivery address. Any additional shipping fees incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be the customer's responsibility.
