Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a full refund, your return must meet the following strict conditions:
· The game must be unused and in its original, brand-new condition.
· There must be no damage to any component, including the outer game box, internal structural inserts, rulebooks, tokens, cards or any other component that was part of the game box you bought.
· All game components must be completely intact and undamaged.
Missing Components (Instead of a Return)
If your game arrived with missing components but is otherwise undamaged, you do not need to return the entire game.
· Please email us directly on info@effestudios.com.
· We will verify the issue and ship the missing component(s) to you at no extra cost.
Shipping & Logistics Fees
· Customer Responsibility: The customer must cover all reverse transportation and shipping costs.
· We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refund Processing & Method
· Once we receive and inspect your returned game to ensure it meets our quality conditions, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
· Approved refunds will be issued exclusively via Bank Transfer. We will request your banking details once the inspection is successful.

Pre-Order Cancellations
· No-Cost Cancellations: You can cancel any pre-ordered game at zero cost at any time before the product officially ships.
· Process: To cancel a pre-order, please email our customer care team with the subject line: Pre-Order Cancellation - Order No. - [Your Order Number]. Your refund will be processed immediately via bank transfer.
